We offer pet snack products through IPF, a subsidiary in which we held a 99.99% interest as of 31 December 2022. IPF was incorporated in Thailand in 2018 and engages in the manufacturing and sale of value-added pet snack products, especially Pet Treats in Thailand and overseas, with a particular strength in premium products for dogs. Pet snack products allow us to utilise existing raw materials to add value and increase our profit margins. We market our products under the brands “Jerhigh,” “Jinny” and “K-Sy,” and we are currently in the process for registering new brands and trademarks for pet food products such as “Meat as Meals” and “Dr. DOG.” Our pet snack products are offered in various formats, from wet foods and dry foods to snacks, canneries and pouches, and are produced with similar levels of hygienic, quality and innovative standards as our products for human consumption.

Leveraging the production capacity of a production factory in Thailand with the capacity to produce 6,000 tons of products annually, as of 31 December 2022, our pet snack products were marketed directly to consumers in Thailand at more than 18,000 modern trade channels (such as 7-Eleven, Makro and Lotus’s), approximately 2,575 pet shops, pet hospitals and pet farms, as well as through 20 e-commerce platforms. Internationally, we sold our products in more than 19 countries worldwide, with approximately 3,000 sales outlets around the world.
